You will have a personal AI that follows you around. So its not your car that talks to you. But its your own AI thats coupled with your phone that talks to you, and interfaces with the car. The car having its own AI dedicated to driving, but thats not gonna be trained to talk to people (because why?)

I think the biggest possibility we could see is that phones form factor could change. So phones with no / small screens, because all the phones functionality can be used without touching it. Just voice commands. Viewing media still needs a screen, but for a lot of people (like me) this is not a big deal. It could mean we end up with a new form factor, not necessarily a phone replacement.
