They’re not necessarily overpriced, but they’re definitely expensive relative to their fundamentals (at least US large cap stocks).

One way of trying to diversify away the risk of overvaluation is investing in value stocks. Right now the value spread (difference between valuation of growth and value stocks) seems to be very big, but I’d invest in value even if that was not the case.

So maybe add a small value tilt, even if it’s just for diversification purposes.
