Perhaps a new party will be formed and be an honest broker for conservatism, but I doubt it. My prediction is that Trump will continue to fundraise via the GOP from jail, from wherever he is, until he dies. That's the real reason he took it over is because he can use the voter file to bilk his followers for 100s of millions/year. When he loses the elections and faces eternal court cases, he will continue to fundraise off of them and drag the whole stinking organization down into the ooze from which it came.

Alternatively, The Democratic Party will hold all the people that agree on the Constitution, peaceful transfer of power, and the rule of law. It will become a huge melting pot. Political choices will become Democratic Socialists - Middle Dem - Conservative Dem.
