I hope someone can help me with this. I am doing a seminar on INCOTERMS 2020 and have to do some calculations according to different rules. Our professor gave us the list prices of goods, transportation, insurance etc. I mostly get it all, but the thing I don't get is who covers the cost of International Letter of Credit. The buyer or the seller? It is one of the costs listed and I just don't know where to put it for different INCOTERMS rules. It makes sense to me that it is always the buyer, but I am not 100% sure.
