I’ve found the skeptics to be pretty useful for market timing. During July 2021, when Bitcoin was down 50%, a friend sent me a message out of the blue, making fun with a comment like “How’s your Bitcoin doing?”. I was relieved because I knew it must be near the end of the drop (maximum negative sentiment). I bought more immediately and it started going up the next week. That was the second time he called a short term bottom. He is my favorite market signal.
