The problem with a lot of the private sector is the losses are always socialised whilst the profits are privatised.

It’s been a total distaster in the UK, railways, buses, water, mail service etc. Profits and dividends being gobbled up for years, no investment in infrastructure and when massive losses add up and it all goes bust they simply hand the keys back to the Govt and walk away.
