Assets I could allocate to investing.

Cash: $7100 Roth IRA: ~$36000 (I add 500 a month from paycheck) 1 year CV: $9800

~$1000 a week (sometimes biweekly if going slow) from e-commerce middle manning

Short term goal (within next year): 25,000-35,000 for downpayment on condominium or duplex

Long term goal: paying off first property, acquire properties to rent to grad students in my area

——————main questions————————— •Considering my short and long term goals, how would you personally allocate this money? The downpayment will eat a fat portion of my available resources, but will allow me to save more than $500 a month while also building equity. With the state of my country if I don’t buy a house now I may never own one.

*note* I’m not really asking for like the exact stocks to put stuff into, but if you want to go right along.

•what software do most investors use who have multiple jobs outside of the investing world?

•what software do most investors use who also work in finance/investing full-time?

•since I am busy almost dawn to dusk everyday besides brief windows on the weeks, when doing recreational stuff, S&P would be my best bet or is this a bad mindset?

•are there additional software outside of the main trading platforms that I should also be aware of acquiring?

•are there additional news outlets, books, or other media I should acquire?
