Intel, I wouldn't bother right now.
Nvidia, it's grown an insane amount already. The market cap is huge. But despite that, it wouldn't surprise me to see it hit 1500 (150 post split). AMD is their nearest competitor, and they're years behind. CUDA is a huge advantage.
Main bear thesis' I've considered - no particular order:
1. AI hype dies down, turns out not as profitable as hoped. 2. AI hype continues, new form of AI appears that runs better on different form of hardware, not made by Nvidia. 3. AI hype continues, dramatic efficiency breakthroughs created that significantly reduce compute requirements, Nvidia growth slows right down. 4. China invades Taiwan.
Personally, I think 1. is unlikely. The rest are very speculative. There's always an element of risk, and managing it is a big part of owning individual stocks.
Buying S&P500 will give you significant exposure to Nvidia, may be the best way if you are risk adverse.
