Well it's a moot point because I'm lowering the standard for you. It isn't smart like anything is, it isn't smart like a dog is.

You've actually acknowledged it's a misnomer by making the point that it isn't smart the way humans are, because the meaning of the word intelligence comes from humans and therefore relates to our understanding of how animals think and what we are capable of. If as you say (and I agree) what computers are capable of is entirely different then that is not intelligence, it is something else, and it is therefore a misnomer.
