So im eyeing this meme coin $CHEERS

Is there anything wrong with it that makes me stay awake from it?

I know its a meme coin (Gamble), but so far it has not been rugged and has been around for 2 month.

The circulating supply was 450m a few days ago but the devs deployed the rest of the 1b tokens (550m) recently. The devs mentioned they hold 40m tokens but i cant find them in the top holders, the top holder has around 16m tokens only.

The devs unforatuntely stopped responding, Is it possible we do a community take over? And How?

The devs also sold all of their tokens early on in the project, around 200m of the token at the time.
