Okay, so I just took a look at Arch. I made a casual attempt to find out in which jurisdictions they operate, I did not see that info neither on the "About" tab nor anywhere else on their web site. I can't even tell in what jurisdiction they are incorporated, under what legal entity they operate. In the footer there is a link "Terms", I clicked on that, it took me to [this page](https://www.archlending.com/terms) which starts off...
