Imagine they rolled out screenshot feature in 2024. We would have been furious!!! "Microsoft saving what's on my screen???? Thay are probably stealing my data and invading my privacy!!!" Yet in reality the screenshot tool is one of the most useful tools. It's so essential that we've been using for the last 20-30 years. And noone is interested in your screenshots, there is no auto upload mechanism in the Ms screen clipping.

The whole point of the local neural chip is to make the machine be able to process "recall" information locally. LOCALLY! Noone is watching your smart glorified screen recording (recall) as noone cares about your screenshots.

Can a malicious actors access your data? Yes maybe in 3 years it will be cracked But if I had that level of access I would steal something else first.
