Oh yeah I remember reading about that. Your comment made me think that migrants at the border were responsible, which as you can imagine, is completely implausible.

There are probably covert operations happening all the time. To me this story showed a failure of the US organization in protecting our officials. But what policy would help that? How would we save the titanic as it were? I don’t get how this 1 specific issue is so relevant here
