It depends on what your religion considers important. My indigenous religion implies that you should live as morally and as long as you can, which in turn means the afterlife shouldn't be in the forefront of your mind and to *actively desire it* is weird/sad as hell. Traditionally, we don't believe in Hell, a final judgement, a World-To-Come, reincarnation, a messiah, etc. so Heaven is just a place of reunions and get-togethers with your family and friends. It seems to me that the very concept of evangelism is Abrahamic, anyway.
