Yes they do. From things they can reasonably prevent. They can't reasonably prevent one random employee from secretly being a predator. No one would sue the airline if an unexpected missile struck the plane. So are the schools to blame with school shooters? The kids aren't supposed to leave. By that same logic you could just not take a plane to begin with. If you feel unsafe flying just dont fly. One wouldn't know what would happen inside a McDonald's before getting inside. The same can be applied to an airplane.
