Your concern is that a company knows you tried to visit a porn site? Like I stated above, your ISP or VPN provider would already know this. Not only that, they'd know every link you visited. The identity provider would only know that you tried to verify. Perhaps your VPN provider doesn't know your identity, but they know your IP address and may have some payment info, so you're hardly anonymous.

If your concern is "a company would know I tried to watch porn", that's a moot concern. Companies *already* know you watch porn. At this point, you're saying that we shouldn't try to make it harder for children to access porn because companies might be able to do what companies can already do.

That makes no sense.
