You're 15 so you have two options: learn through failure or learn through elders.
I'm 36, work on algo trading robots in an investment bank in Hong Kong. I invest hundreds of thousands of dollars, trade option, the whole thing.
I'm an elder of sort relative to you: I tell you the best profit you'll make is on a growth medium-risk ETF. It aggregates the entire market cash flow, can pay dividends (or reinvest for you), will always be liquid, averages out default risk.
Your solar plays are speculative gambling which will fail or not. And as you grow older you learn to put more value on lower risk. But you're 15, you can also learn through failure: buy them until they go bankrupt, then you ll see: the CEO hyped the shit out of the technology, the media never told you about negative cash flow, the clients evaporated the first sign of cost increase, etc. It might even work, blow to meme level, push you to double down like the genius you are, and lose it all finally, when it reverts to fundamentals.
At 15 I never listened to elders, so I m not sure what to tell you: dont do what you proposed, but I know you'll probably do it.
