refunds should be automatic imo like they wanna do with the airlines. although i guess it wouldn’t work the same since some ppl might not even have the same payment method, but in those cases maybe a credit (if ppl want it) or a generic type visa gift card. at the very least hassle free refunds for anyone who can provide prove of purchase or send in the device in case it was a gift or they don’t have proof of purchase.
