Are constitutional scholars the only ones who can assert their rights? I was unaware.

Paying for access doesn’t break privacy in the same way a government held list does. And a list like that would never remain private. Again-untenable. It will drive to lawlessness and that will feed the shady sites and the trafficking they engage in.

I’m not sure why you’re pro trafficking but you should really reconsider, it’s a fucked up industry to put yourself behind.

Children can be protected by filters and monitoring. That’s the simple and direct solution here. The rest of this is absurd when that exists and can work. Children get burned by stoves, we require parents not to let them cook themselves. A stove registry isn’t necessary either.
