Aren't there bigger priorities right now for our leader of foreign policy? Not like there's a wide open border resulting in rape/murder, or yknow just that tiny little World War III brewing. It's not like the parts of Africa she's bringing internet too is flooded with iphone users, most of those communities don't have reliably conditioned power either. Hardly a priority don't you think? Is she just looking for a W of some sort to point towards for the election year?
