Referring to only reason we're discussing this guy in the first place; he used himself as a 'test subj' but fails to disclose significant health items that would have gotten him eliminated in any actual scientific study....namely that he was a raging alcoholic

The Big Mac guy is interesting simply because he's living proof that while McDonald's might not be the best idea to eat on a regular basis, there's plenty to suggest it's safe to do so (again, not advocating it, but it's clear plenty of people eat it and suffer no specific health side effects that can be directly attributed to McD consumption)

In Spurlock's defense, he did point out on a regular basis that the super-sizing portions and the extreme carb-load involved and not so much a knock on the simple cheeseburger and fries.
