You missed nothing at the end of the day. The main recently is that Taiko, which had a Tesnet within Loopring's wallet, did an airdrop and gave a stupidly low percentage to those in any of what could be consider the Loopring community.

Add to it that there still is no app/wallet native fiat off-ramp and the on-ramp is still a stupidly high fee (5-6% for Ramp), in my opinion.

Please do correct me on anything here, I do my best to follow, but anyone should really feel encouraged to correct or add to what I have said.
