Well, that was a waste of time. I just spent a good 10 minutes trying to verify your claim and finding nothing with any search I could try. You would think specific information like CNN and 35,000 would make it easy to find, but while I found people making fun of MAGA claims of 35,000 nothing related to CNN.

Nor could I find a single photo showing the area much fuller than the image. Which you'd think there'd be plenty of if this could be easily disproven. Things I did discover:

1. While the NYPD refused to give an official estimate, the New York Post claims an unnamed law enforcement contact estimated between 8-10 thousand. Your welcome to post your own source to back up your claim, but I can you that almost no one who follows your advise: "you could look it up" will put half as much effort or have any more success than I did. Barring that, they're likely to conclude you're either misinformed or making it up and counting on people being too lazy to fact check you.
