Also it’s not just thousands buddy, if you work for a good company they’ll match 50% of what you put in, that’s a total of 10k dollars of free money that in 30 years that money adds up to over a million as your investment grows over time. Idiots like you give people awful advice, and should really learn more about a subject before trying to sound confident over something you know nothing about.

Some companies give less than 10k a year, but they still give out a few thousand which results in a lot of money over time as well, not including the growth of the investment over time.
