I have done this a lot and none of them work perfectly. It depends a lot on the style of writing. GPT 4o is probably the best and you can get a free trial. Once you open that, to your left will be an option to explore GPTs and you can search for handwriting to text. I've been trying to do a series of 1800 handwritten documents and nothing is consistent and you will have to check it word for word because the AI van be like your toddler, making things up all of the time (known as hallucinations). I've also tried Claude and Gemini and Co-Pilot and this is your best bet but you will need 4o. I still have the 30 days but then there are no auto renews just in case I don't want it. I've not had a single problem cancelling anything. If I were you, I'd try the trial versions and see what works best for your document. Good luck :-)

BTW, I really hope someone gives you different suggestions because I think I've tried all of the top ones and I'd love some new options :-)
