I don't think liking AI art or music is bad, it shouldn't be imo. It is pretty fascinating how the internals works to create those. The problem is how it is being used (mostly shoe horned into stuff where it isn't needed or isn't reasy). We see AI "artists" who think they are "creating" art and trying to show that they have put in a lot of effort or something. Or the call centre AIs which sure might have reduced the costs to almost nothing for the companies, it is such a trash experience for the customer that I might just not contact them because the odds of actually getting my thing resolved are pretty low, which might be what the company wants but idk. Marketing is weird to me. You can do A and that might be good and B is criticized but you then see B being done and getting the results and then A is getting criticized.
