Absolutely yeah. No one should be using their phone while driving, but for gps it's better than balancing it somewhere or holding it in your hand.

Note what I actually said rather than what you're pretending I said as well: that you have the same experience, not that either is remarkably safe. I'm explicitly saying that you shouldn't be navigating menus to pick out stuff to listen to on either system.

Look, I understand that you're upset and defensive that you made a bad purchasing decision, and I agree that you should get a refund. That said, the product should have never been released let alone purchased. It can't be a complete surprise to you that this product failed, everyone was clowning on it from the time it was announced and the vast majority of people saw that it was a bad product and didn't buy it. Consider it an expensive lesson, and if you want something to replicate your use case, you can do that for considerably less than this device cost at launch.
