By the way, it's a lot worse then that because companies like Google can sit there and tell us all day that they only use all the data they collect from their opt-in spyware to make their products better. The thing is, we have no way to know that they're not using all of that data to make stock/derivatives purchasing/selling decisions. They have more data than anybody and it's real time data, so they can sort of front run the markets.
We can't be giving companies this kind of power, they have to be broken up. It's not a joke and I'm not oneraggerating. They have too much power and they're using the power for evil things. The AI stuff they're doing now is pure theft. I guess they feel it's okay because all of the major tech companies are doing it, but I don't think that ever the regulators before. So, hopefully they do what needs to be done. It sucks these companies did it to themselves, but they did, so it's time to break them up now.
