What would you do? Account consolidation

My wife (31F) has stayed home the last 3 years with our 3 kids and does not ever plan to return to work, which I am completely fine with. She has roughly $10K in teacher retirement. I (30M husband) want to consolidate all of our retirement into one account (my 403b). Is there anyway I can take that $10K with whatever penalty and put it in my 403b? We are thinking that consolidating everything in one account with help us reach a higher nest egg more quickly to benefit from compounding interest more quickly.
