Has anyone had experience with Blue Ocean Society for investing?

A friend made a questionable investment with them and is having trouble getting their return. I've been attempting to research the company but can't find much. They supposedly search out investment opportunities for you and then use your money to invest in those companies. But it's starting to sound like a scam or ponzi scheme

It looks to be unaffiliated with [blueoceansociety.com](http://blueoceansociety.com) which is a non-profit beach cleanup organization.

[blueoceansociety.club](http://blueoceansociety.club) has the correct logo, but that's literally it.

I don't have high hopes, but just wanted to see if anyone else has heard of this company.
