Think about it logically, Bitcoin hype was at all time highs around March in the last 2-3 years. Media was reporting and retail was starting to get into it. Why was hype there, Bitcoin was hitting all time highs due to the etf inflows. If same can happen from Ethereum etfs, people will want to put their money into more different cryptos and diversify. Retail will be interested in all types of cryptos. They will realize Layer 2s help scale ethereum, not just that. Lets be honest everyone wants to make money and multiply their money couple folds. Layer 2s have not hit all time highs like polygon. Money will trickle down into these L2s. Regardless of any of the facts i stated. Money will trickle down.
