None of it will happen. The UNSC is the way for the US to give these other countries an out and prevent a world war.

The idea that the ICC or the ICJ is getting involved in this while Netanyahu remains in power is pure fantasy. The rules based order is that the US makes the rules and we have signaled that this isn't going to happen until he is no longer the sitting leader of Israel.
