I don’t think you understand the US judicial system. Even if a person was accused their case, if felony, goes before a grand jury before it’s charged. Regardless of that each defendant has a right to a jury trial. There won’t be too many DAs or Judges will knowingly pursue sham cases or sham charges. Maybe I’m naive but thats career suicide.
