Do I need a forever home right now or can I wait till mid-2025 or 2026?

How much of my other assets could I liquidate before selling any BTC?

Can I collateralize some BTC, through DeFi for example, to get the house and make payments on both the mortgage and the BTC loan?

I already know I want to have a forever home, but I also know I can wait a little longer, because I really want to have some long-term BTC holdings into my twilight years.
