Given the approval of ETFs, what becomes of the ETH held/acquired using liquidity from the etfs?

This is all speculation as I don’t even know if staking the ETH held from liquidity from etfs, but if it is “allowed”, that gives these institutions the ability to pool in liquidity and become more powerful in the sense of changing the ecosystem/ their voting power increases with each dollar of fiat poured into these etfs

Could we (not necessarily us who directly own eth) be feeding the entities we oppose with these etfs being approved? If staking is allowed that is.

The more $ they get the more voting power they have.

Hopefully one of you relieves my worry with some fundamental mwntal thing I’m missing but this was my half thought out future issue
