  "text": "The corollary to that rule is that if you raise your kids to do something (i.e. work ethic, etc.), then when they are financially independent and no longer required to do something, they will not choose to do nothing, but rather they will use the opportunity to pursue goals they find more meaningful. \n\nIt comes down to parenting. There are plenty of parents who fail to raise their kids with a strong work ethic *and* who lack the wealth to provide for them, and then those kids end up being supported by the taxpayers. This violates the first rule of financial responsibility: Do not be a burden to others.",
