Just to add, we are already at a cold war MK2 and I expect most countries to beef up armed forces and border defenses. The difference is Russia are not the force they were and more reliant on foreign goods/tech than before l. They have also lost a significant amount of manpower, weapons and infrastructure fighting a supposedly small country in terms of armed forces. It's not going to be replaced for years and it's even harder with sanctions.
