Biden is already the president and Ukraine is starting to fall rapidly behind Russia in military capability. Specifically Russia has massively ramped up explosive production to a degree that Ukraine simply cant block most of it and Ukraine is starting to heavily struggle with manpower. What is a Biden reelection realistically going to do to turn things in Ukraine's favor?

It seems pretty obvious to me at this point that either this is going to end in a negotiated cease fire or Ukraine slowly getting whittled down over the next 10 years. Obviously neither option is ideal for Ukraine but losing a war is rarely ideal.

On a broader scope I think that what really needs to happen here is that Europe needs to start developing real militaries again, like they had before world war 2. Since WW2 Europe has made itself utterly dependent on the US for defense, and that worked for a while because the US controlled most of the world economy. But with countries like China and India rising it has made it very difficult for the US to continue to police the whole world. We simply cant be expected to pay the bill for Europe's defense any more. They need to step up. This is going to mean unpopular cuts to social services to fund the militaries but it's what has to be done. If they don't want to do that then enjoy being conquered in the next 20-30 years I guess.
