Ok, dude. You aren’t thinking this through. First, how would all the electricity, produced naturally go out all over the world? Then why do you think it would never come back? Is everyone going to burn all the books and kill all the people who know how to generate and harness electricity? You know electricity can be pulled from air, water, the sun, lightning, volcanoes, gasoline, hamster wheels, etc. right? Is the metal in earth going to lose its conductive properties? Then sure, Bitcoin might be toast. But so would a majority of civilization on earth.

Bartering would be all that’s left, and you would then have no idea of its value globally and would be subject to the rates of imagination. You and who you trade with would have no consensus agreement on the value of your rocks of perceived value, because internally you’ll always believe one thing and the other person will believe another. And since ANYTHING can be bartered, that whole illusion of a shiny rock being worth more than the knowledge in your brain is really not helping you here. Electricity may go out for a long period of time but if you think Bitcoin is the only thing impacted by this you are mistaken. You think you don’t depend on electricity but you do.
