Just looking at the transaction id, looks like the same one. So it's possible the app is glitching. You can check on the blockchain by entering that tx id and see what the date/time was and see if all the notifications are for that same transaction id.

If it is the same id over and over again, try exit your app and clear the app CACHE (not the data, just the cache) and check for updates.
