If we give democrats the majority in house and senate + Biden, we can raise the SCOTUS justices to 15.
We can also change the [Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reapportionment_Act_of_1929) that would greatly increase the number of house members to reflect our current population.
