The one that he immediately torpedoed by pressing on with *EVEN MORE ARMS SHIPMENTS* less than a week later?

Pausing **large bombs** is nice and all, but it doesn't really address the problem when you then say, "Have some more **tank shells** and **mortar rounds** and **tactical vehicles**."

The protests have not been held on the position that "the only thing Israel is doing wrong is using bombs that are slightly too large and indiscriminate". Once again, Biden is trying to middle-of-the-road *fucking genocide* and making a shit move that ultimately pisses everyone off anyway. There's no half-measures to be had here.

He stopped the bomb shipment and got praise from the anti-genocide camp. "Great first start," they said, "Now do the rest. Show us that the months of talk about your concern and strong urging and the 'hard lines' you haven't already stepped over mean something." But the Biden admin pisses all of that and immediately shows that they aren't actually serious.

Then, over on the pro-Israel camp, he pisses *them* off with the initial halting of the heavy bombs, but he's not going to make them all immediately happy again with these new shipments. Both the anti-genocide and pro-Israel camps are invested in this story and paying attention, and he's done something to piss both of them off without making either happy. The only group that's disengaged enough to pick-and-choose what stories they want to pay attention to are the folks who are already going to vote for him!
