Hey.

I'm a Pro user, I pay for that service (20$ plan).

Ever since that ChatGPT 4o introduction update about a week ago, I noticed my ChatGPT became completely unwilling to scrape the internet for anything (just says it can't). I ignored it and just searched the stuff up myself.

But today, I also noticed it became unwilling to generate ANY image whatsoever, which I use a lot especially in DnD sessions. It just says "As a language model, I am unable to generate images" or whatever. I ask simple stuff in a new chat like "Draw me a tiger" or "Give me an image of an elephant" and it says it can't.

I was about to cancel my subscription, thinking they just removed the functionality (which makes me unwilling to pay that monthly sum), but I learned that other people who use ChatGPT around me don't have that problem. They can give the exact same prompt, like "Generate me an image of an elephant", and it would work for them while for me it would go "I am a language model, I cannot generate images".

I checked, I still am a ChatGPT Pro user.

Anyone else has this problem?

I also looked through their Chat Bot and don't see anything related to that immediately (maybe I searched the wrong keywords), so I sent an email to [support@openai.com](mailto:support@openai.com) and I immediately get an email saying

"Thank you for your email. Please note: This email address does not offer support. To get support, please visit our [Help Center](https://help.openai.com/) and start a chat with our support bot."

Yeah. Awesome.

If this persists I'm just canceling, it sucks but whatever.

Anyone else had that problem? How did you solve it?
