Today I gave in to the awesomeness of 4o and decided to purchase the Plus plan. ChatGPT was already open in a browser on my desktop, I went ahead and purchased the subscription. I was quite excited to use its camera features, so I immediately opened the official app on my Android. Sadly, the app still shows my plan as Free, and opens up the Google Play Store's in-app purchase dialogue when I click the Subscribe button. I tried contacting the support team but got template response from them. I've already verified that both the accounts on phone and web are same, I've tried clearing app data, reinstalling and making sure I have the latest version to now available. Also if I click theRestore subscription button, I get a toast message saying "There was a problem restoring your subscription. Please try again later." Any advice on the metter is appreciated. 🤍
