I don’t know if that’s the blanket case. Perhaps if I was an attacker or trying to defend something or someone. I’ve experienced it, but I was not an attacker nor in the wrong, and did not have any weapon, in fact just part of a group queueing… and all I felt was to quickly do what I was told, and got down. We all did. The screaming was over and over and overwhelming, and I felt really angry inside but also overwhelmed and helpless.

I think po po see results a few times in confrontation and instead of being contextually aware or training to be contextually aware, they just adapt it to all situations.
