So that is another question I have asked that you have not answered, where is the certification requirement stated? Being eligible to appear on a state ballot is different from what the certified state ballot will be. RFK currently does not meet the requirements in enough states to be eligible to appear on enough state ballots.

That can be for a number of reasons given that each state will have some similar and some different requirements. It could be that his campaign has not submitted the proper paperwork, or it could be that he has not polled well enough among their citizens to qualify, or the required number of signatures has not been reached, or he has not set up a campaign in the state yet, those are just a few generic ones that are off the top of my head. That all has nothing to do with whether or not a state has submitted a certified candidate list for their ballot. This argument you keep trying to make seems very flawed and really just the fault of RFK and his campaign.
