Hey Reddit. Ok this is a dumb situation. This is the story he told me. He’s still drunk and confused so it might be bullshit. Please tell me if you think it is. My friend was drunk in a London club. A guy came up to him asking for help, my friend gave him his phone in order to check his transport app. The guy then wouldn’t give him his phone back. He went from being friendly and helpless to aggressive. He held his phone next to my friends and when he got his phone back his bitcoin account had been emptied. No other crypto was taken, just bitcoin. He uses the coin base app. What do you think? Is this possible?

I’ve wiped everything off his phone and done a factory reset. I’m worried that he’s gonna be taken advantage of again after this guy had his phone. My friend is vulnerable and a drinker and I’m trying to protect him. Cheers all
