I actually looked into the recent history of political figures and their voting patterns, tweets, official comments, etc regarding crypto. You're right. I was actually surprised to find out there is a large disparity between D and R on how they treat crypto. A much higher % of R support the idea of the US not being left behind in the crypto spaces and actually accelerating the adpotance with consumer protections. standwithcrypto.org is a great source.
