with regards to obama, imho, he was the one who fucked up peace process with palestinians. he made a big speech in cairo in which he said that there can be no peace negotiations while there is construction in settlements. palestinians promptly stopped all negotiations. americans tried to convince palestinians, but it didn't work. at some point of time israel froze all construction for half an year (or so)(hundreds of construction projects inside existing settlements. even shit like pergolas in backyard). palestinians still refused to come to negotiation table till last few days of freeze. and when freeze got unfreezed (because it's not sustainable economically) they left.

also, arguably, obama agreement with iran enabled bigger cash flows in iran and armaments of hezbollah/hamas.

so yes, maybe he was good president for usa (yey, obamacare), but for israel he was shit
