No shit they aren't. Israel never agreed to be subject to the ICC. The ICC had to manufacture jurisdiction by creating a fictional Palestinian state that then joined, and then arguing that Israel is subject to the ICC for actions in the fictional Palestinian state. You can argue that the Palestinians ***should*** have a state, but it's an absolute fiction to say that they already have a state.

However, that's not going to stop Israel from releasing all the exculpatory evidence or identifying all war crimes the ICC is ignoring (Afghanistan and Nigeria being among the most egregious) to go after Israel for war crimes that are entirely predicated on "obligations" that no other country in history has ever been subject to and that no country in the world would ever agree to.

If a foreign state ever attacked the U.S., I can promise you the U.S. won't be taking on the burden of providing food, water, electricity, and medical supplies to them ***during the war***. It borders on the insane. I can't believe Israel actually did it.
